If your TV isn't getting the entire suite of channels listed in the LETU TV Line Up, try these tips below.

Digital Tuner
Our LETU Television service is designed for a digital TV tuner. These are usually found in flat screen, LED/LCD TVs purchased in the last couple of years.

If you have a digital TV tuner, follow these steps:

• Have your TV perform a complete channel scan. If everything is set up correctly, your TV should report 90+ digital channels.
• If after performing the channel scan you are missing any channels, perform a factory reset of your TV and try the scan again (every model is different. Try a Google search for how to reset your model TV).
• If your TV is still missing channels or not receiving channels, please email us at support@letu.edu (or call) with the make and model number of your TV and we'll do additional troubleshooting.

Analog Tuner
There are no analog channels broadcast within the LETU Line Up.
