How Do I Save the Copier Code on a Networked Canon Copier Used for Printing?
When you print to a networked Canon copier, you'll notice that you are prompted for your copy machine's ID code. To prevent being prompted for this each time you print, you can save it in the printer settings of the copy machine.
Click Start and Devices and Printers
Right-click the copy machine and select Printer Properties
Select the Device Settings tab and click the Settings button

Type in your ID (no password should be necessary) and uncheck the Confirm ID/Password When Printing option
Click OK and close out the rest of the printer dialog windows. Next time you print to the copier, it should print without prompting for an ID
