I have no network connection. What can I do?

If you have Windows 2000 or XP, you'll need to click Start, then Run, and type "cmd" in the subsequent box. You'll get a command prompt.  If you have Windows Vista or 7, click the start menu, then search for "cmd," then hit Enter when the search result shows up. Here, type in, "ipconfig -release" and then press enter. When the command prompt reappears and you can type again, type "ipconfig -renew" and press enter. After this you're done. Close the command prompt window and try your network connection again to see if connectivity has been restored.

If this doesn't do the trick or you need assistance in doing this, give us a call at (866) TEC-LETU or email at the IT Help Desk support@letu.edu.
