Grades that should be visible in Blackboard are not. What can I do to remedy this?

If you are a student
As a student, you will be able to view grades in the gradebook that your instructor has marked as visible to you. If you believe that grades intended to be visible to you are not, you should contact the instructor of your class to verify that they have set these items to be viewable by students in Blackboard.

If you are an instructor
If you are an instructor, you can see this by looking at your gradebook and noting the asterisk next to the relevant column headings. If you look at the legend below the gradebook, you'll see that an asterisk indicates that the item (or column) is unavailable to students.
If you want to make an item viewable by students, you can do this by clicking on the column heading, then clicking the Item Information link, then clicking Yes for "Make item available to users." You'll probably also want to make sure that "Include item in Gradebook score calculations" is also marked Yes.
