First of all, please check to see if the Total and Weighted Total columns are frozen.  If so, the rearranging won't work unless these 2 columns are unfrozen.  After unfreezing these 2 columns, then the instructor can rearrange the columns as they see fit, and then after finishing that step, they can re-freeze the Total and Weighted Total columns.
