There are several steps to resolve this issue:

1) First of all, make sure your PC configuration is up to what Blackboard recommends.

2) Second, try clearing your browser cache and java cache and see if that takes care of the issue by trying to access the Grade Center again.

3) Are you accessing Blackboard through the MyLETU portal or bypassing the portal completely and going to http://courses.letu.edu? Sometimes going through the portal doesn't authenticate you correctly and won't let you pull up Grade Center. Try going directly to https://courses.letu.edu, log in, and try to access Grade Center that way.

4)  If all of this fails and you still cannot access the Grade Center, then call or e-mail the Help Desk and we'll work with you on a solution.
