How to can I set call forwarding per line on my Cisco IP desk phone?
1. From the Start Page under Frequently Used Resources in the right-hand margin, choose My IP Phone Options and log in with your LetNet username and password.
2. Select the User Options drop-down and choose Device.

3. Click Line Settings.
4. If you have more than one directory number (line) assigned to your phone, choose a line from the Line drop-down menu.
5. In the Incoming Call Forwarding area, choose call forwarding settings for various conditions.
Example: to forward all calls from a specific line to another extension within the university or to an off-campus number, check “Forward all calls to” then select the button “Then Number” and enter a phone number into the field.
6. Click Save. ![]()
