Question: Why am I not able to download the papers in SafeAssign once they are submitted and ready to be graded? I get an error message every time I do this in Internet Explorer using the paperclip icon.
Answer: Our service provider, Blackboard, is experiencing trouble with SafeAssign when working in Internet Explorer. In the interim, please download the papers in zip format using the Download button above all of the names of the papers. That will give you all of the papers in one file. If you need to download the papers one by one, please use Mozilla Firefox for SafeAssign by paper functionality until use with Internet Explorer can be restored back to 100%. If you don’t have Mozilla Firefox on your computer, you can download it at www.firefox.com. It will be a green button that says “Download Firefox – Free.” |
