Munch Money Account

Offered by Bon Appetit: The account works like a debit card for food at the Cafe, Hive, or Common Grounds. This includes purchases for yourself or for a guest. The lunch charge for faculty and staff only is $4.50, sales tax included (guest charges are higher).

  • $25 paid = $30 Munch Money
  • $50 paid = $60 Munch Money
  • $75 paid = $90 Munch Money
  • $100 paid = $120 Munch Money
  • $125 paid = $150 Munch Money

Payment must be made directly to Bon Appetit by cash, check, credit or debit card, and can be made in the front office of the dining hall with Tiffany between meal times or when there is not a line.

President's Coffee Hour (Academic year only)

Informal monthly gathering (September - April) for all faculty and staff. Good conversation, refreshments, and brief words from the President.

Check Cashing

Checks cashed by the Cashier for up to $300 or less per week.

University Store Discount

Discount to all faculty and staff on regularly priced emblematic merchandise when they present their university identification cards.

Belcher Center Discount

LeTourneau University faculty and staff enjoy a 15% discount on season and individual tickets for many events in the S. E. Belcher Jr. Chapel and Performance Center. Season tickets for the performance series are on sale in late summer, and can be paid for through payroll deduction. Information is available through the Box Office, ext. 3080.

Solheim Recreation & Activity Center

The facilities of the LeTourneau University campus are primarily for the use of those students in attendance at the University. Access to the Solheim Center is available to LeTourneau University faculty, staff, and administration and their spouses during regularly scheduled hours and with appropriate identification.

The dependent children of LeTourneau University faculty, staff, and administration will be admitted to the facility during regularly scheduled hours when accompanied by their parents and with appropriate identification. Parents bear total responsibility for supervision of their children at all times and access will be revoked in cases where supervision is not carried out appropriately. Children under the age of 16 must be chaperoned by an adult at all times and accompanied by an adult to swim. They are NOT permitted in the weight room and may not reserve court space or check out equipment.

Faculty, staff, and administration may bring guests to the Solheim Center under the following conditions:

  • Guests must be accompanied at all times by an authorized user and will have access to any of the facilities available. Large groups of guests are not allowed.
  • Individual guests will not be admitted more than once in a month.

All persons using the Solheim facilities must sign in.
