LeTourneau University maintains a choice of PPO health insurance plans, and contributes a significant portion of the premiums for full-time employees. Premiums for employees' dependents are the responsibility of the employee to pay through payroll deduction, but may be partially paide by the University. LeTourneau's current provider for Health Insurance is Highmark BCBS. Prescription benefits are managed by Express Scripts.
The University provides a choice of dental plans for full-time employees, phased retirees, and their families. Premiums are fully paid by employees and may be payroll deducted on a pre-tax basis at the employee's request. LeTourneau's current Dental Insurance provider is CIGNA Dental.
