Each staff member will be evaluated periodically for quality of service to the University. For most staff, this occurs annually between October and January. Areas examined in this evaluation include:
- General Contribution to the University (employee is in accordance with the University's statements of faith and mission, works well with supervisors, and interacts well with other university personnel and students)
- Contribution to the Operation of the University (employee's work is characterized by reliability, productivity, efficiency and creativity)
- Contribution to the Surrounding Community (employee's lifestyle is consistent with the reputation of the University and participates in church and/or community service)
