The structure and operation of American government on the national, state, and local levels stressing an understanding of legislative and administrative procedure. Special attention is given to Texas government policy and processes. This course may not be taken for credit by anyone who has passed POLS 2503 or POLS 2603. This course is recommended for teacher education majors.
Prerequisite: Sophomore or higher standing.
