This course is a study of the history, philosophy and structure of educational programs for exceptional learners from birth-21; analysis of state and federal regulations affecting special education; and the professional roles and responsibilities required in the educational setting.
Prerequisite: The student must currently be enrolled in or have successfully completed the Teacher Education program.
