Methods of diagnosing reading needs and providing remediation activities. Students will interact with individual children and groups during the process of reading and writing instruction, and will participate in self-evaluation of reading sessions. Students will observe and participate in elementary classrooms grades 1-5. (May be taken by secondary education students.) (This course is taken as a part of the student teaching block.)
