Chemical Analysis

Examines the physical and chemical principles behind the major types of chemical instrumentation. Special emphasis is given to those methods employed in CHEM 3112 laboratory. These include electro-analytical methods, combustion analysis, chromatography, polarography, and spectrophotometry.
Prerequisites: CHEM 1121 and CHEM 1123.
Corequisite: CHEM 3112.
