Colonial And Revolutionary America

A study of the cultural, economic, and political development of the British North American colonies in the 17th and 18th centuries, the movement of those colonies to independence, and the creation of an American republic. Special attention is given to the emergence of an American culture, British imperial policies, and the origins of the Revolution and the struggle to create a republican form of government.
