Topics include set theory, relations, propositional logic and proofs, algebraic structure, graph theory, and Boolean algebra. Techniques of proof introduced include proof by specialization and division into cases, indirect proof, existence and uniqueness proofs, and induction.
Prerequisite: MATH 1203 or equivalent.
