LeTourneau University: The First Fifty Years

n recognition of the fifty-year milestone the University created the Shaping Tomorrow capital campaign, a three-year, $16 million effort to raise funds for the Solheim Recreation and Activity Center (completed in August, 1996), the Glaske Center for Engineering, Science and Technology (completed Summer 2001), student financial aid and general program support.

A book and also a video were commissioned chronicling the fifty year history of LeTourneau University and its founder, R.G. LeTourneau. They are each available through the bookstore at (903) 233-3520. A preview of Chapter one of the book, A Dream Realized, is offered here for your perusal.
