The Office of Student Life maintains responsibility for receiving reports regarding Academic Integrity Violations, Student Conduct Violations, Title IX (Sexual Misconduct) Violations, and Students of Concern. Each of these types of reports are managed through separate processes and separate teams. To report a concern or violation, please use the appropriate reporting form below. Academic Integrity Violations include cheating, plagiarism, or falsifying official records related to academic progress. General classroom misbehavior is considered a Student Conduct Violation (see below). If you have questions about whether a behavior is considered academic misconduct, please contact the Office of Student Life, or refer to the University Academic Integrity policy . Academic Integrity is the responsibility of the University Academic Integrity Council.

Student conduct violations include actions that violate the LeTourneau University Student Handbook . If you have questions about whether a behavior is considered a violation, please contact the Office of Student Life. Student Conduct is the responsibility of the Office of Student Life.

Stalking, sexual harassment, sexual assault, or other actions prohibited by the University Sexual Misconduct Policy may be reported by speaking with a Title IX Coordinator, or by completing the online reporting form. If you are a Responsible Employee, you have an obligation to report relationship violence, sexual misconduct, or stalking to the University. Title IX administration is the responsibility of the University Title IX Coordinators.

Faculty, staff, students, and guests are encouraged to use the Student of Concern Reporting Form to notify Student Life personnel of concerning, worrisome, or threatening behaviors. The University CARE Team is the designated response team for these concerns.
