Provost's Office Personnel

The Office of the Provost at LeTourneau University serves the university community by supporting the university’s five academic schools (School of Aeronautical Sciences, School of Arts and Sciences, School of Business, School of Education, and the School of Engineering and Engineering Technology), as well as the library and a number of offices, including accreditation and quality assurance, enrollment services, student services, registrar, research and scholarship, sponsored programs, university marketing and communications, global initiatives, international studies, information services, and instructional technology. This oversight of academic and support service extends from the main campus in Longview, to the educational centers in Dallas, Houston, Austin, Bedford, and Tyler, and the online programs offered by LeTourneau.

Dr. Philip A. Coyle, provost and executive vice president, is assisted in fulfilling his duties by Dr. Steven D. Mason, associate provost and dean of faculty, Dr. Stephanie Kirschmann, associate provost of academic administration and quality assurance, and Ms. Gerrie Forbis, administrative assistant to the provost.
