Buyback Pre-Authorization Form

This form must be included with any pre-authorized buyback books sent to the Bookstore. Please fill out this form for any textbooks that you wish to sell back to the Bookstore. When it is completed, please press the submit button at the bottom of this page.

We will contact you via e-mail and let you know which book/s we will accept for buyback and the estimated value. Remember, price depends on need and condition. Estimated value is based on a moderately used text with minimal writing and highlighting with no broken spine or water damage. Books that are sent without authorization of a buyback value will become the property of the Bookstore.

After you “Submit” the form, the completed form will appear on your screen - you may want to print for your records.   If you choose to return book/s to the Bookstore, please ship to:

Lastly, I understand that packages must be complete with all components such as CD's, etc. included.
