Began teaching at LETU in Fall 2014
I was raised by 2 terrific Godly parents who taught me the value of working hard, a good education and most of all a strong relationship with God. In high school I spent half of my school days at the airport where I began my passion for aviation. Through a chance encounter on a city bus in Des Moines, IA I ended up at LeTourneau in the Fall of 1992. The education that I received along with the relationships that were made in school stuck with me for years to come. After graduation I wasn’t sure what God had for me or where I was supposed to go. During the following 19 years I worked in different jobs maintaining small to large aircraft in corporate, commercial, and private fields. I was able to gain experience on all parts of the aircraft and systems not knowing that God was preparing to bring me back to LeTourneau to share that knowledge. I enjoy teaching my classes but more than that I enjoy sharing my life and experiences with my students.
God has blessed me over the years with a wonderful wife Rachelle and 5 great kids that keep us busy. I enjoy seeing God’s leading and knowing that he is in charge of every step of our lives.
Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
